Programme Manager
This role leads the delivery of our Maudsley Charity funded programme to develop and scale the Well Centre model across Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon and Lambeth. You will coordinate activity across multiple pilot sites, support local GP champions and partners, and ensure each area has the groundwork, training and operational support required to implement the model effectively. The Programme Manager will keep the programme on track, strengthen relationships across the system and help turn a major charitable investment into real improvements in access, equity and outcomes for young people.

Research Fellow
This role supports the evidence and insight function of the Maudsley Charity funded programme, working alongside Dr Ann Hagell, Professor Johnny Downs and partners across the four boroughs. You will lead qualitative and mixed methods research, contribute to the evaluation framework, and help build the evidence base for how the Well Centre model improves access, engagement and outcomes for young people. The Research Fellow will work closely with pilot sites, capture learning as the model is implemented in new contexts, and generate insights that inform practice, commissioning and policy.
