The Well Centre Charity Logo

The Well Centre Charity is a new social enterprise to advance the health and wellbeing of young people by promoting youth-friendly primary care services across the UK.

Working in partnership with the NHS Well Centre service to spread and scale an innovative and holistic new service model that will improve health services for young people.

The Well Centre model helps primary care services to upskill staff and provide dedicated and expert adolescent health services within the usual service delivery model. It builds a hub and spoke model to ensure young people have an equitable experience of local services and that their needs are met in a holistic way that protects their future health and solves their immediate problems. The Well Centre Charity is helping other services to build their own versions of this model.

We do this through access to consultancy, advice about commissioning, supervision, training and access to resources.

The Well Centre HubWe work in close partnership with the Well Centre clinical delivery team based in Lambeth and led by Dr Stephanie Lamb. To learn more about the service itself, visit www.thewellcentre.org.
